Our calming kits and guides are designed to help reduce fireworks anxiety in dogs. Results may vary depending on individual animals. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every dog.

Important: The information, products, and guidance provided by Calm Pets EU are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If your dog shows severe anxiety, panic, or health concerns during fireworks, please consult a licensed veterinarian.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier, and season. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

December 15 Order Deadline: To ensure delivery before New Year's Eve, orders must be placed by December 15. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time.

7. Limitation of Liability
